Even if 1 million people agree and 1 does not, you cannot make a law. The only laws can be God's/Source's laws.
When consciousness is high, psychic powers of all will be high. nobody needs to be protected. We are all powerful.
Has humanity been in a terrible chaotic mess with a collision course with much more evil?

The evil rule of Earth was set up on purpose. This is a school for souls. We are headed into the golden age. Everything here is cyclical. This is the greatest time to be alive but also the most difficult for souls because it involves waking up, realizing they have been brainwashed with lies disguised as education, releasing all attachments, subjugating ego to remember that they are all powerful. If the soul has trauma, they will feel shame and fear instead of love. It is the greatest lesson ever learned. It is much easier to be an enslaved being who is brainwashed and thinks they are free. This requires no blind faith and internal shadow work.
