My thought is probably not, after looking at the attached photo. I was able to zoom in on the nametag in the photo w/Trump, while I cannot read the name tag, I can see how much space there is from the end of the name and the badge and compare to the attached photo here. Also, the pin/bar above the badge is a different color.
Though I could be wrong...who knows...
