People are at minimum, partially misinterpreting the situation when they say that high vaccine rates equate to high covid deaths, and visa versa.
The third factor is testing. Places with high vaccine rates, have high testing and places with low vaccine rates, have low testing.
Ergo, the deaths are being recorded by testing, rather than caused by vaccine.
