It states that he is still president while Joe Biden is still president elect until 60 days after inauguration once they've been vetted right now the leader of the National Security and Governmental Committee is overseeing everything. Biden can not pass anything without one house and senate member not hard atm I know. I think the bigger picture is that none of his orders can go into effect for 30 days after signing, plus the fake signature, things should be coming to light by the end of next week. No i do not believe i am the same person sorry.
