He had been there before for a photoshoot.
And more recently, David Straight said their helicopter dropped him off to stand on top of it (unless he was giving out disinfo, which is a possibility).
Would have been awesome to have a photo of him jumping ontop of Rushmore!😊🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
