Depending on how you count it, either 9/12 or 11/11 will mark the 30th time around the Qclock.

That makes sense but the way it's written, 11.11.18 also looks like a code of some kind. It's just a thought.
Like with Roe v Wade, someone found 11.3 (or 4 whatever it was) in the R v W code.....* lack of knowledge of how to word it correctly *
