SO...in other words, the SCOTUS ruling means nothing anymore. Which means, nothing means anything anymore and literally everything is on the table and open for interpretation. Am I understanding this correctly? If the SCOTUS ruling means nothing, and the Pentagon (of all places, mind you) will not adhere to SCOTUS ruling(s), then everything is up for grabs here.
