VK had two posts that lined up with 19 and 45. His post from April 21 was about vibing an 8kun Q ping. May 10th he talks about 46 days to lose weight. April 21 - May 10 = 19 days. 19th President is Rutherford B Hayes. May 10th plus 46 days is June 24. Days in between May 10 - June 24 = 45. I hit multiple 19s decoding last night.
