Built from 24 tons of steel from the fallen towers of 9/11. Notice the Twin Towers. Today, the USS New York (LPD-21) is one of the most state-of-the-art amphibious warships in the Navy’s fleet.
It is manned by a crew of 360 sailors and three permanently assigned Marines. Her motto is “Strength Forged Through Sacrifice – Never Forget.”

Don't get me wrong I believe the story. I just don't know which is worse. Walking on someones gravesite or shipping all the steel to China so they can't analyze the evidence. Speaking from a spouse of a 911 survivor.
