As a human, you are more powerful than the technology. Find time to meditate every day to allow the programming to dissolve. It is as easy as laying down with your own thoughts. Relax through tension, trust your body, process dark emotions and accept your own shadow as being part of the whole.
The truth is inside you. Take the time to search for it and you might find that the pull inward toward self is more powerful than any video game, netflix show, truth documentary, sports game, etc. on the outside.
