I wonder how much of the 31 billion gets run thru the wash/spin/dry cycle and returns to the US just in time for all the Demoncrats to challenge the BIG RED WAVE in November...Everybody gets advertising money and campaign staff money and on this shit show goes with our tax dollars being laundered back to the enemy at home!
