It depends on what type of ammo they are buying in bulk. They can't buy it all ammo . So lets say they buying shit loads of 5.56 and 9mm/10mm and 12ga. shotgun. Those are law enforcement ammo pretty much. So could say they are gearing up at all levels of law enforcement to either finned off an attack they maybe wanting to happen or coming to take weapons from the public or planning on something more evil. Either way it is not going to be good for us citizens.
