If I told you it was possible to get into the heads of the elites and collectively influence their action, would you believe me?
why in their heads if they are already gone?...If you can get in to their heads can you get into their hearts?, heads don't matter if the heart changes the mind? How about first seeing if you can change the heart before changing the head?
