If you read case law and get into commercial codes, etc...you will also see that all officials, judges, lawyers, and so on, so forth...are called "actors" as well. Seriously.
You don't elect officials. You "vote" but they put who they want where they want them, and they work from direction and scripts...every one of them. You are not represented, it's a system of socialism called Democracy. Notice them beat that word like a drum, democracy? Do some research and see that what they call democracy is socialist governance...
