The four sources of law in the United States are the United States Constitution, federal and state statutes, administrative regulations, and case law. Do we need FOUR sources of law in America, leaving interpretation up to potential misguided thought? Is the US Constitution enough? What say you? Which basis of Law should our judges and judiciary be using to institute Law for the people?

CIVIL

COMMON

CONSTITUTION

Wait! I need my Crayons!.

there should be no law other than God's natural law. none of the above would be my answer but not present to choose

The Bible is the only true codified law of America and the basis for the US Constitution.

The UCMJ is also codified under the Bible and supported by our US Constitution.

The Constitution is the proper and only law for America as it is written.

eventually this will be the case under the Reign of Christ. However, in America the constitution is our guide. Common law is the exercise of God's natural law and when we understand the Constitution we can see how common law can be used to adjudicate issues between citizens based on their God-given rights. We actually have a very good system, but it has been perverted because we no longer understand it or live by it. Those who perverted it need to be tried and executed.

we cannot improve on any natural system. i refuse to accept the authority of any court and i refuse to consent to be governed in any way
