I treat them all as if they belong to Him (because they do). If they chose to live independently of the God of love, it costs them dearly and usually they have no understanding what they have done. And, just maybe, they will chose differently later, if they walked away from faith, because of the way I treated them. The language of heaven is honor. When we speak with honor, all of creation listens in.
