Angel is step father, the other is biological father. There are pictures of her with both. Of note, her bio father is a gun supporter, he didn't get much airtime because of it.

I wanted to add tho, I agree that not much of this story adds up. This was definitely orchestrated and there's some very bad things that went on. The story above, I just only had to comment, because I did a deep search on it.
