I did a thread on this years ago.
The Island that these Waves originated from Mayotte, i believe is a French Submarine communications station & they use ELF Waves, Extremely Low Frequency Waves to communicate with subs. These resonate at those wave lengths.
This was also around the time Q drops the post about the, Hunt For Red October.🧐👍
