I replied to something regarding a "father" whose daughter was supposedly shot at the Texas school & he couldn't get his story straight about her age or what grade she was in - they forgot to follow the script
People notice that, too
So then the police waiting is part of the narrative and parents being arested is part of the narrative - so that would mean a hoax .
