SO this is possibly-ima going to call it geo jizz.😏a malfunction of equipment on the planes dispersing their contaminants-this stuff burns the skin when being handled so obviously toxic,more cotton wool than web to the touch,, folks trying to organize collection to get it tested, -we will see .
