It's always about the money:
the more children that are labeled "ADD, ADHD, Learning disabled, Reading Deficient, below poverty level, etc, the more $$$$ for the district/the school. The evil is just disgusting.

Yeah, I watched it myself. Teachers knew the gig. Office help knew it too. "Help parent of the illegals fill out all forms because they spoke little-to-no English." Since 75% of schools in our area are comprised of illegals, $$$ mounts up fast. In our "Community schools" here in Tulsa, there's Dentists offices, Eye Doctors, Back Pack programs where the entire family is fed off our Tax Dollars. All you have to do is claim there are 15 people living in your home and you get as many back packs filled with food as you can carry, if you're here illegally. If you're white, you have to meet a different threshold to "quality" for Dental, Eye Doctor services, and Back Pack programs. Most don't qualify.
That's only PART of the fraud carried out in our education system. "Labeling" children and putting them on medications so the school has to offer more councilors to get more "Federal Aid" is another part. Then they have to hire more Admins to keep with the processes. TRULY DISGUSTING.
Meanwhile, what happens to your child that's at school to learn??? So many resources are being allocated to the illegals in this country (and their families), there isn't time or resources left to educate. If your child is black, forget it.
If your child is black/white, poor, and can't read, you think your child gets the same resources as the illegals??? NOPE. It's the Big White Elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about. I want to talk about it because it not fair. It's wrong and failure to educate is criminal regardless of skin color.
