You know, I'm spoiled.
I live in a part of S CA where there are tons of
Farmer's Markets.
I know many of the Farmer's personally.
So I feel pretty good about my Vegetarian mostly Vegan diet.
I haven't bought supermarket food in years
& that includes "Health Food Stores"
because that is just as bad.
All made by the same demons
just re-packaged to trick you into thinking
it's "good" for you 💥
