Just seen from my place of work. Not long ago I would have said chemtrails but I believe that these are White Hat Operations now- something remedial. I might be wrong but I don't think I am.
It always seemed that there were abundant chemtrails before a predicted storm and then, because of the chemtrails, the storm, snow or rain, would be horrendous. It doesn't seem like that's happening now, which could indicate that the "chemtrails' are from the white hats.
