The US donated the 'bio laboratories' to the Ukraine and they were relocated so the Russians ddn't get any of the bio laboratories.
Confirming and misinforming at the same time. I do believe the Russians did find the bio labs and got more than we are being told. 😉

I've paid attention. I tend to say, 'I do believe', 'it seems', or 'it has been reported' because the truth that I am aware of isn't what the MSM reports.
