I was hesitant to sign up months ago & used a pseudonym & email in my request but never got a response back
I went to try at the site while ago & it send me an email instantly - then I saw the request for a phone #, & cut it off then & there & cleared everything
I haven't had an easy feeling about this - too many problems for too long & the requirements changed
