So much more here than I can understand. This is a very specific Queen of hearts card and has at least 3 changes made to it.
1) one closed eye
2) blood? on her left hand
3) the funny symbol of the card in her hand- there should be 6 but here there are only 5. Missing on mirrored image as well.
