Make your own *ANTIBIOTICS*🌶️🍋🌿
1 medium onion (100gm)
1 garlic bulb (50gm)
1 piece of ginger (50gm)
1 tablespoon Cinnamon (10gm)
1 tablespoon Turmeric (10gm)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Paprika powder (10gm) (if you can handle the heat-Red pepper)
1 large tablespoon Honey (50gm)
1 medium lemon- squeezed
Grate onion, garlic and ginger with fine grater.
Mix with dry ingredients and lemon.
Add honey to make paste
Store in refrigerator, it will last a long time
Drink a teaspoon each day for prevention
If you are ill, drink 3 tsp a day
