WEIRD< okay I smoke, yeah not good, for sure. BUT I started using tar blocker tips, and it is SO cool because it has drastically cut my smoking down in the last few days, and my friend is using them. ALSO DISGUSTING how much tar is in each one. You can see it in the tips, HERE is what I was thinking, says it pulls out most chemicals....SO maybe the chemicals also is what causes folks too smoke so much more. Freaking interesting. Maybe just maybe I will end up whipping this habit.

Even the reduction of course is making me feel so much better, and giving me some hope, I can whip this after all.

Sure thing, later I will take a pic of how much it pulls out, me and my buddy have been smoking a while. She and I were like wth so we said no more smoking without them. I am pretty impressed to say the least, really drives it home also like she said JUST HOW much tar is in each one.

I wasn't breathing bad, but I have noticed a huge change in breathing in just a few days, body feels "cleaner" and my buddy said the same thing, she has been using them less time than me, fits on the regular size and slightly larger filters.

I’m in for 20 years and it’s only gotten heavier as i’ve went. Better health will be good, less time lost, and if successful, mental clarity from the nicotine addiction would be great.

[They] can regulate ALL the flavors they want. Why have they never regulated the nicotine levels. Step-down patches are a thing, why not step down cigs?

Good luck to you in attaining your goal.
