The ballots are already marked with a vote for the candidate and current Bolivian president Evo Morales.
This video is from 2019, when the CIA organized a coup claiming fraud in the elections since then, the coup organizers have being removed from power and put in jail. While they were in power 38 civilians were killed, narcotrafic and corruption were rampart. An audit of the results showed there was no fraud on the 2019 election
