This patch is indeed extremely fertile several years of forest decomposition you can smell it in the air. very exciting to grow stuff here knowing how healthy the soil is. 🥰

🦋What are you planting?

I have some peas, kale, broccoli, tomatoes (Several varieties), beans, squash, eggplant, marigolds, bachelors buttons, columbines,potatoes, parsley, oregeno, basicl, thyme, and more. But this year I am only doing little containers instead. Too many weeds and I cannot keep up with them!

I have not done beets yet, but I am going to try them in a container, not sure how well they will do

Did cilantro as well, and it is coming up but first time in a container!

Silver packets are all microgreens for salads and meal greens 😊

I am even trying some artichokes this year, but not so sure they will do well in a container! But we shall see!!!

I do best with peas, beans, lettuce, mesculin, parsley, marigolds (flower, keeps mos away), and coreopsis (flower), and spinach!

I'm trying microgreens for the first time. Seeing how it goes. All my other seeds are things I've grown in the past 😊

🦋Some things I try year in and year out and don't do very well, but I just keep trying! Like broccoli and cauliflower, I have not been successful around here with it for over 10 years. I know I need to study it, but summer heat prevents me from out for too long anyways!
