More than ever important to have discernment and keep in integrity with thoughts, words & actions to do no harm to any living being. Apply force (force is different from violence) only when harm is coming to you. Deep state uses mind control to get others to do their dirty work to avoid repercussions. The order follower is always more morally culpable than the order giver. Much more of the blood is on the doer's hands, than the designer's.
