Blatantly sitting on Kamala’s desk is a book on JFK & America’s space program.
So staged. That book just HAPPENS to be closest to camera. Everything else on the desk is generic - like someone supplied it from Office Depot. No labels on anything, just stacks of clean office supplies. I don't know, maybe it's just me and my messy desk, but wherever there's a stack of new post-it notes, there is usually a couple written on nearby and/or on the top of the stack.
