I saw no partial eclipse in Ridgeland SC today.

I did see and feel an intense bright white dandelion light completely engulf my village with a wedding announcement of man and wife under the massive oak tree across the street in the park during a scheduled eclipse.
Ah-maz-ing...

Did the moon not show up again?
Did I get it all wrong?
What is going on?
