Do you know if there is a way to determine if cell towers near us have been "neutralized" from the harmful frequencies w/ covfefe? Like a simple way that an ordinary resident can determine w/o sophisticated equipment. So many live near towers and don't have the resources to relocate. Thank you for this post!
