Police chief bans 'Thin Blue Line' imagery, says it's been 'co-opted' by extremists
Chief Kristen Roman of the University of Wisconsin-Madison said "hateful ideologies" run counter to the department's core values.

It's about time. It's desecration of the flag for one thing, and anyone misusing any of the likeness needs a court marshal, Especially police.

It originally represented respect and support for the men in blue. Its been taken by extremists and used for their agenda which has tainted what it is meant to represent.
