frequency is high for 100% truth, 100% love, 100% sovereignty

the white hats still rank very low in frequency.

they want to replace the black hats as rulers; but power is a deadly sin with low frequency

they still want to keep the fear-based institutions of churches, medicine, media, government, corporations, employment, public education.

their frequency is very low. better than cabal but not even close to where we belong.
