I love real butter - I always give in to any craving I have for it... means my body needs what its got.

Indeed. I had not made that connection between food, and the breakup of the nuclear family, but you are right - with noone having time to shop, prepare and cook, they set us up to accept processed rubbish, as food, convenience traded for health.
