A few months ago, I got a copper water pitcher ... I put filtered water in it ... and let it sit for 12-24 hrs. This makes the water alkaline and the side benefit is that you get a little copper mineral too. It is fantastic tasting water!

There are charts that compare fluoride levels in bottled water. I used to drink Fiji water until I saw one of those charts. From what
I recall, it contains high levels of fluoride. I'll look to see if I took a screenshot and repost if I can find it.
