I Was Discouraged from giving gift cards to local families in need @ Christmas.
“ They use the $$ for drugs/ alcohol instead of buying gifts”
If we refrain from charity out of fear of abuse - we lose.
Maybe the parent that bought drugs sees that as the ‘Rock bottom’ moment & gets help later?
