well personally used cocaine to cure my sinus disease that i was born with. but probably not the answer your looking for. just saying the cure exists. synthetics would do the same.
but for no meds i had always found laying on a bed with my head hanging off upside down will assist in clearing and of course moms pot of boiling water take off the stove and a towel over your head and breathe in the steam,very hot steam though but works as well.
