💛🙂Did you know you can control your dreams, you can also ask before bedtime for a specific dream, and you can dream entire stories if you ask.

In order to start remembering your dreams, asj before you go to sleep, and be sure to have a pad of paper and a pen by your bed. Immediately get up and record your dream as soon as you wake and write down as detailed as much as you can.

Some dreams can be garbly gook and won't mean a thing, some are messages, and some lucid dreaming too (which can also be messages)! After a while you should be able to pick out the differences, even if it is a past, present or future dream.

Details, colors, and feelings at the time before the dream (night before, and during dream can matter! Try to remember everything you can and write it down! The Journal will help you recall certain things or even provide you with a glimpse of something later on. And it will also help to substantiate all you experienced.
