Calcium must always be taken in 1:1 with Magnesium. Taking more Calcium is bad, it goes nowhere and causes brittle bones. I have been taking the above one and now they've discontinued it... because they got a notification from the NIH.

With suppliments yes. The best source of calcium is from the dark green leafy veggies and does not have that issue because it has the balancing magnesium with it. Osteoporosis is not natural. The cause for it is usually medications.

Unfortunately, magnesium was very deliberately removed from Everything... to make sure there would be Zero Mg in any food or seed... even if you grow the food yourself (in most zones)... because the soil itself is tainted... and the seeds are all GMO. It is why depression and inflammation is so high. Magnesium is the natural Tranquilzer of the human body... and the only way to get it is to take it in supplement form. They are interfering with the supplemental form as well... because they know the population is seeking them now.

Yes, But the soil is easily repaired by just letting it rest and grow dandelions etc that naturally will naturally grow if left alone. Never plant the same crop twice in the same spot for at least a year, rotate them and let it rest every seventh year. Commercial enterprises don't follow any practices that put things back in order. And that is without all the glycolate that has built up that basically sterilizes the soil for anything but GMO. Us old folks have a lot of real experience with this.

And then as well you cannot make things grow there without the heavy application of fertilizers and chemicals. I thin weeds where I grow vegetables but never completely remove them. As long as they do not compete with my plants I leave them. Strangely enough you will discover it actually takes less water, and the soil retains more water content and requires no aeration if you let a variety of rooted plants grow about with varying root depths. It also destroys bees to give them only vast sections of one kind of pollen to eat. The "weeds" they spray for provide a diet variety when flowering for bees and at alternating times of the year.

Compost and manure the best fertilizer you can get. They both temper and support each other. A lot of plants we have been told are weeds are simply not. Insecticides are unnecessary if you use the "weeds" to attract the right kind of predator to them. Thee is no valid reason for any chemicals. Just saying.

I mentioned the clover as applicable to large operations for a method of regaining nitrogen content into the soil without fertilizers. I do not believe in large scale uni-culture farming.
I use NO chemicals whatsoever...at all. I make my own soil annually for planting with lawn clippings. Every spring I have about 100 gallons of lovely rich black nutrient packed topsoil to enrichen the previous years earth with. I grow things about 500 years backwards...

I love bees too, I have a large patch of Russian sage in the front yard that bees just adore! I sit right in the middle of it with them buzzing all about and bumping into me and landing on me as well...it is so therapeutic listening to the hum with your eyes closed.

Natures white noise is the best kind. And the bees help more than your garden to thrive. So much easier to coexist with the natural life around you than to go to war against it. Nature has many lessons we just have to pay attention.

Grew up in the Ozarks in a town of less than 600 in the 70's. Very rural. Had a half Blackfoot Indian Step-Grandmother who taught me so much about nature. Farmed our own potatoes, milk cow, 2 acre garden, and hunted/fished/gathered everything wild we could as well. I have lived off grid intentionally twice in life and miss it. I do just fine with "nothing"! lol
