Smollet is currently in jail for 4-5 months...could/should have been 5 years per felony count (5-6 counts, I can't remember). Look for his tantrum in court, on Youtube...he couldn't believe he had to do jailtime!! 😁 To my knowledge, the others have never been charged...Yet!
