Ratified June 21, 1988: truly ratified May, 29th 1790 with Rhode Island
Declaration of Independence Vote on July 2nd
July 4th Declaration was sent out to the states to read.
July 4th has nothing to do with the Constitution we need to get our history and dates together to celebrate.
Washington was not in command of the forces for Lexington and Concord, it was the Patriots out of Boston.......
