All NC DOT (bus drivers, garbage truck employees, truck drivers, Ferry Captains etc. and Coast Guard people here in NC (I would assume its other states as well) that have a diagnosis of sleep apnea have to show CPAP compliance atleast once a year. I get atleast one person a week call me to pull their compliance for 90 days to show atleast 70% compliance of wearing it atleast 4 hours a night. They can lose CDL and or job if not compliant.
