Need some help, tried signing up for Telegram but not sure how to add people or groups. it just keeps wanting me to add my contacts and I keep denying it

i wish i coupd help! i have been on here for a couple weeks, and just now learned how to comment. 😂 I also signed up for telegram and cant navigate it... Facebook was all i ever had. I didnt do twitter, snapchat, or instagram, so i am very lost!
going through the same thing, I was comfortable on Parler and you see what happened there
yes!!! i had that one, and really liked it! i still am learning this one. I still cant figure out hiw to share attachments, or how to share someone elses post. I did however, get to see some images i cant unsee today😳

i am still learning that too! i started off just clicking on the publication option and followed people. i really dont have many "in person" friends on here. I still have my facebook account and enjoy triggering a few on there😂 once i figure out how to save my pictures, it will be deleted. i dont want to lose them!
