Yes, it is all very confusing for most of us. 11.3 and 11.4 are also important documents in the War Manual. You can look them up and they relate to what is going on. I believe the best we can do is to keep digging and trying to understand. The more you learn, the more you gain a better grasp on wth is going on. Believe me, we are all in this together!
