I thank you for this day
I thank you for Anon Up and my family here
I ask You to lead guide and direct us this day in our words and actions.

Help us to know when to mind our speech
Help us to know when to speak our mind

Lord Bless each Soul on Anon Up
Bless them this day in their families
their lives ... their finances ...their jobs
Heal their Aches and Pains

Give us all the ability to speak truth
To hold each other up ... to encourage each other.

Keep evil out of our domain
We will not befriend evil
We will stand against it at all times

Allow the Holy Spirit of God to flow through
Allow conversations to flow freely
Help us all to know how to help each other with the right words and loving kindness
