That report was actually declassified years back. I've read it several times. I am actually very familiar with the Monroe Institute. This is not something hidden. But it has never been given mainstream attention. If people knew that they could separate from their physical body while sleeping and consciously travel, then they would realize there is no death and that we truly are Eternal Spiritual Beings.
