POTUS's endorsement of people is either because he really does believe in them and wants to back them, OR we know sometimes he puts people in the spotlight to expose them!

I did notice that while he complimented Madison Cawthorne, he did not give him his full endorsement. Is Cawthorne not up for re-election? Just curious.
